Brutal Burpee-Strongman Circuit For Fat Loss and Strength Gain

What up!

I’ve got a great little circuit here I did to finish off my last workout.

I’ll be straight up here and say that this is BRUTAL and not for the faint of heart!

This pushed me beyond my comfort zone big time!

But, with all things like that, you’ve got to attack it!

That’s what gets you better!  That’s what gets you stronger!

    Hey man, diggin’ all the workouts and info!!
    Was just wondering if you could elaborate on how you structure your
    athletes’ workouts??

      Hey thanks!

      you know it depends on the the athletes goals.

      i really stress explosiveness and power.

      bodyweight training helps this right off the bat especially with athletes.

      they must be strong with their bodyweight before they start hitting the iron or using extra resistance for that matter.

      i stick to full body workouts 90% of the time. Here’s a real basic but super effective outline:

      1A) Full Body explosive movement
      2A) Lower body Strength
      3A) Push
      3B) Pull
      4A) Weak Area/Posterior Chain movement
      4B) Core
      5A) Conditioning/ or specific need
