Felt good ripping heavy shit up off the ground!

1A) Snatch Grip Deadlifts 5 x 5

2A) 1A KB Clean and Press Pyramid – 3 x 2,4,6,8 (no rest between sets)

3A) Sled Sprint 4 x 30 yards

3B) KB Swings 4 x 20

This was a fast SICK workout!
