LEAN and MEAN – Day 3 – Week 10 – The Never Ending Sled Drag

Successful people make a habit out of doing the things unsuccessful people don’t like to do…

Remember those words if you want to SUCCEED…  Not that successful people actually like to do some of “these things”, they know they must do them to be a SUCCESS…

Ok, week 10, Day 3 ===> Game time!

Had to get busy with this one!

Legs were feeling good and explosive.  It was nice to bust em up with this workout!

LEAN and MEAN – Week 10 – Day 3 – The Never Ending Sled Drag

1A) Box Jumps 5 x 4

2A) Power Clean Squat 3 x 3, 2 x 2, 2 x 1

3A) Back Squat 6 x 3

4A) Forward/Backwards Sled Drag x 8 mins straight (switch directions every 30 yards)


**This may look easy on paper, but until you do a continuous sled drag with + 200lbs for over 5 mins, shut your F***ing mouth!  You haven’t worked that hard yet…

I’ve done 15 mins before and was in a different world for the next few days…

OK – GET to work!!!

    That was some killer lower body volume, how’d you feel after? lol.
