LEAN and MEAN – Day 4 – Week 10 – 10 Mins of Hell

You know most people are willing to sweat and shed a few tears to get what they most desire BUT it’s the CHAMPIONS that are willing to BLEED for what they want most….

Are you willing to bleed?

Today’s training session was brutal and not for the faint of heart.

There’s a lot of crazy workouts out there with crazy rest to work ratios, tons of reps, never ending sets, ect.

The training sessions that really test me the most are the ones when you are against yourself.

It’s you against time…

In this workout, I finished with a 10 min round of As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) of the following 3 exercises:

a) Explosive Clapping Push Ups x 8

b) Reclined Rope Rows x 10

c) Farmer KB Carry Around the Gym x 1

You want to talk about testing your will??

1A) 1 Arm Barbell Snatch 3 x 2, 2 x 1

2A) Sandbag Military Press/ Power Press  5 x 5

2B)  Mixed Odd Pull Up Variations 5 x Submax

10 Mins of Hell – AMRAP of the following:

3a) Explosive Clapping Push Ups x 8

3b) Reclined Rope Rows x 10

3c) Farmer KB Carry Around the Gym x 1

This was a good end the a great week!
