OLD SCHOOL STRENGTH – Day 2 – Week 2

Another one for the books.

There’s just something about hard workouts that when you’re done, you just feel so clear and free.

I’m always just so anxious and excited to train, even when I know the workout is going to nearly kill me, I always look forward to it.

I am a rare breed of person.  I know a few others like me, that love to push it to the max.

You only live one life, might as well go for it!

I heard a great saying today, one that I will live the rest of my life by and it goes like this….

“DON’T RUN FROM FEAR….  CHASE IT!!!”

Here’s today’s OLD SCHOOL STRENGTH WORKOUT:

Day 2 – Week 1

1A) Power Snatch x 8 singles

2A) Deadlifts 6 x 3

3A) Weighted Dips 4 x 4-6

3B) Weighted Pull Ups 4 x 4-6

4A) Sumo RDL 3 x 12

4B) Wheel Rollouts 3 x 25

5A) Farmer Walks 2 x Max Distance

When you lift heavy, sometimes you get half way through the workout and wonder how the f*ck am I going to finish this???

Then you dig deep and get after it!
