Follow this blog and eat like a mad man! You are 15, you need to eat to grow and get strong!
Hey 15 yr old I almost forgot you are still growing in height. I’ve been training since age 15 and I know that some exercises like squats (heavy) fused my bones early. That means you wont grow any taller if you do certain heavy training. Better wait for that until your 18 yrs. old. Pete Khoury CPT
This is TRUE
Young athletes need to start out with bodyweight ONLY!
Before you do any types of heavy lifting like I do in my training, make sure you have mastered the basics in bodyweight training.
You should be able to crush 30-50 BW squats like nothing. Ass to grass – FULL Range of Motion!
Good point Pete!
